Decide what details you are looking for: color palette, number of guests, date, time, location.
Decide what package best fits your needs. If you do not see one that fits your needs, we can discuss options.
Submit your Request.
Once you’ve booked/submitted your details, I will collaborate with you to finalize the date, time, location, and all details such as type of event, color palette, quantities, etc.
50% Deposit is required at time of booking; remaining balance due 7 days before event.
60 minutes prior to start of event, we will arrive at the venue to set up your customized Bloom Bar and ensure everything is perfect.
After event, we will arrive at venue to clean/collect the Bloom Bar.
Important:
Please allow 2 weeks-notice or more before event to allow for the freshest blooms possible.
Flowers are subject to season/availability, but we will do everything to pick the best flower options in your color palette.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of event date, will receive 0% refund (due to order of materials/flowers already processed).
